Our 'social endeavour' really has come a long way in a little over 30 years.
What started as group of parents of hoping to provide basic work for people with disability, led to a world-first partnership with British Petroleum (BP), then packaging, manufacturing and catering businesses.
Today we employ more than 100 people with disability at business centres at North Ryde and Coffs Harbour, and a cafe at Miller.
We've packed products for global brands like Canon and American Express, and worked with Australian icons like Ugg Boots and Bluescope Steel.
Whist our social goal remains the same - to provide meaningful job opportunities for people with disability - these enterprises have to be commercially viable.
This means delivering high-quality products and reliable services at competitive prices. Knowing that income goes back into community projects is a value-add for our customers.
